Manufacturing method of suspension type track beam
The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a suspension type track beam, which comprises the following steps of: blanking: integrally blanking two lower cover plates, and connecting the two lower cover plates through a plurality of temporary connecting ribs; a positioning base line and an assembling position line are accurately marked out through laser scribing; longitudinal reinforcing ribs are welded at the bottom of the lower cover plate; a lower cover plate is positioned in advance through a base line, a web plate and a middle cover plate are positioned and welded on the lower cover plate through a positioning tool, then an upper cover plate is assembled, and welding seams of main edges and corners are welded according to the principle of symmetrical welding; the positioning tool comprises a process partition plate used as an inner tube, a top pickaxe used as an outer tube and a platform support; the platform supports are arranged at the bottoms of the two lower cover plates, and the process partition plates are fixed in clamping grooves of the platform supports through clamping plates at the bottoms of the process partition plates; connecting plates at the two ends of the track beam are assembled, and temporary connecting ribs are removed; and measuring and thermally correcting. The manufacturing line shape and the forming precision of the track beam can be guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种悬挂式轨道梁的制造方法,包括:下料,其中两块下盖板整体下料,两块下盖板间通过若干临时连接筋相连;采用激光划线精确划出定位基线及组装位置线;在下盖板底部焊接纵向加强肋;通过基线预先定位下盖板,在下盖板上利用定位工装定位并焊接腹板及中盖板,再拼装上盖板,主要棱角焊缝遵循对称施焊的原则施焊;定位工装包括用作内胎的工艺隔板、用作外胎的顶镐,以及平台支撑;平台支撑设于两块下盖板底部,工艺隔板通过其底部的卡固板固定在平台支撑的卡槽中;组拼轨道梁两端的连接板,去除临时连接筋;测量及热矫正。本发明能够保证轨道梁制作线形和成型精度。
