Manufacturing method of prefabricated rib beam superposed arched plate shell and arched plate shell
The invention relates to a manufacturing method of a prefabricated ribbed beam superposed arched plate shell, the arched plate shell and a matched mold. The mold comprises a bottom mold, an end mold, a ribbed beam side mold, a plate shell side mold and a positioning frame. The bottom die, the rib beam side die and the plate shell side die are provided with line types corresponding to the arch shape of the rib beam overlapped arch-shaped plate shell; comprising the following steps: step 1, binding a reinforcement cage; 2, the two end formworks are assembled at the two ends of the bottom formwork, then the whole steel reinforcement framework is hoisted to the bottom formwork, and then plate shell side formworks are installed; 3, after the ribbed beam side die and the positioning frame are connected into a whole in advance, the positioning frame is fixedly installed on the bottom die; 4, after the mold is assembled, concrete is poured into the mold; 5, after pouring is completed, galling treatment is conducted on the upper end face area of the plate shell and the upper end face area of the ribbed beam; and 6, the mold is dismantled after curing maintenance is completed. By means of the method, the structures of the beams and the plates are prefabricated into a whole, the overall weight of components is reduced, and transportation and on-site installation are convenient.
本发明涉及一种预制肋梁叠合拱形板壳的制造方法及拱形板壳,配套使用模具,模具包括底模、端模、肋梁侧模、板壳侧模、定位架;底模、肋梁侧模、板壳侧模对应肋梁叠合拱形板壳的拱形设有线型;包括以下步骤:步骤1、绑扎钢筋骨架;步骤2、将两个端模拼装在底模的两端,然后将钢筋骨架整体吊至底模上,然后安装板壳侧模;步骤3、肋梁侧模和定位架预先连接一体后定位架安装固定在底模上;步骤4、模具拼装完成后向模具内浇筑混凝土;步骤5、浇筑完成后板壳上端面区域和肋梁上端面区域分别进行拉毛处理;步骤6、固化养护完成后拆除模具。通过本发明的方法对梁和板的结构预制为一体,降低了构件整体的重量,方便运输和现场安装。
