The invention discloses a solid waste-based low-calcium-silicon-ratio functional aggregate which is characterized by being mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of cement, 60-85 parts of a siliceous material, 0-20 parts of steel slag and 5-10 parts of an inorganic modifier, the siliceous material is one of granite saw mud, copper tailings and lithium slag, and the content of SiO2 is greater than or equal to 30wt%; the inorganic modifier is calcined bentonite or calcined zeolite; and the calcium-silicon ratio of the functional aggregate is controlled to be 0.1-0.3. The cylinder compressive strength of the functional aggregate reaches 10 MPa or above, the water absorption rate is 8% or above, and the problem that the cylinder compressive strength and the water absorption rate of a traditional artificial aggregate contradict each other is solved; moreover, the concrete can be used for replacing 15-30% of fine aggregate in common concrete, the water-binder ratio of the concrete can be reduced by utilizing the good sphericity of the concrete, the cement consumption is reduced by 30-50kg, the hydration heat release is reduced while the dry shrinkage deformation of the concrete is reduced, and the cracking risk of the concrete is effectively reduced; meanwhile, the concrete internal curing effect can be achieved through water pre-absorption, and the long-term durability is improved while the concrete strength is improved.
本发明公开了一种固废基低钙硅比功能骨料,其特征在于,主要由以下重量份的原材料制成:水泥10‑20份、硅质材料60‑85份、钢渣0‑20份以及无机改性剂5‑10份;所述硅质材料为花岗岩锯泥、铜尾砂、锂渣中的一种,SiO2含量≥30wt.%;无机改性剂为煅烧膨润土或煅烧沸石;功能骨料的钙硅比控制在0.1‑0.3。本发明功能骨料的筒压强度达到10MPa以上,吸水率在8%以上,解决传统人造骨料筒压强度和吸水率互相矛盾的问题;并且,可用于普通混凝土取代15%‑30%细骨料,利用其良好的球形度可以降低混凝土的水胶比,水泥用量减少30‑50kg,减少混凝土的干缩变形的同时降低水化放热量,有效降低混凝土的开裂风险;同时通过预吸水可以发挥混凝土内养护作用,增大混凝土强度的同时提高长期耐久性能。
