The invention provides anti-crack ballastless track roadbed slab concrete and a preparation method thereof. The concrete is prepared from the following raw material components in percentage by mass: 9.0 to 10.0 percent of cement, 0.5 to 1.0 percent of a magnesium oxide expanding agent, 0.1 to 0.3 percent of a shrinkage reducing agent, 6.0 to 7.0 percent of fly ash, 48.0 to 49.0 percent of coarse aggregate, 29.0 to 30.0 percent of fine aggregate, 0.05 to 0.1 percent of a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent and 5.2 to 5.5 percent of water. And the cement is low-heat cement. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a premix, and curing to obtain the anti-crack ballastless track roadbed slab concrete. The initial cracking time of the roadbed slab concrete can be delayed, and the crack resistance of the roadbed slab concrete is improved.
本发明提供了一种抗裂无砟轨道道床板混凝土及其制备方法,该混凝土包括以下质量百分数的原料组分:水泥9.0%‑10.0%、氧化镁膨胀剂0.5%‑1.0%、减缩剂0.1%‑0.3%、粉煤灰6.0%‑7.0%、粗骨料48.0%‑49.0%、细骨料29.0%‑30.0%、聚羧酸减水剂0.05%‑0.1%以及水5.2%‑5.5%;所述水泥为低热水泥。该制备方法先制得预混料,再经过养护制得所述抗裂无砟轨道道床板混凝土。本发明能够延迟道床板混凝土的初始开裂时间,提升道床板混凝土的抗裂性能。
