Super-energy-absorbing and light cement-based composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a cement-based composite material with super energy absorption and light weight and a preparation method thereof. Each cubic meter of the composite material comprises the following raw materials: 850-950 kg/m < 3 > of Portland cement, 40-50 kg/m < 3 > of silica fume, 6-10 kg/m < 3 > of polymer fiber, 20-60 kg/m < 3 > of rubber powder, 1.5-5.0 kg/m < 3 > of nano-silica aerogel, 0.2-0.4 kg/m < 3 > of a thickening agent, 1.5-2 kg/m < 3 > of a foam stabilizer, 350-400 kg/m < 3 > of a water reducing agent, 350-400 L/m < 3 > of foam and 260-300 kg/m < 3 > of water. The composite material has excellent energy absorption capacity and extremely high bending toughness, meanwhile has mechanical properties meeting the use requirements, is suitable for structures such as anti-collision guardrails, garages and hangars with high impact resistance to enclosure components, and can also be applied to road engineering.
本发明提供了一种超吸能且轻质的水泥基复合材料及其制备方法,每立方米该复合材料包括原料:硅酸盐水泥850~950kg/m3、硅灰40~50kg/m3、聚合物纤维6~10kg/m3、橡胶粉20~60kg/m3、纳米二氧化硅气凝胶1.5~5.0kg/m3、增稠剂0.2~0.4kg/m3、稳泡剂1.5~2kg/m3、减水剂350~400kg/m3、泡沫350~400L/m3、水260~300kg/m3;其具有优异的吸能能力与极高的弯曲韧性,同时具有满足使用要求的力学性能,适用于防撞护栏、车库和机库等对围护构件有较高防冲击性能的结构中,也可应用于道路工程中。
