The premixed shield grouting material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70 to 80 parts of fly ash, 100 to 120 parts of superfine powder, 120 to 130 parts of cement, 593 to 675 parts of stone powder, 15 to 20 parts of desulfurized gypsum and 0.5 to 1 part of water reducing agent. The premixed shield grouting material is scientific and reasonable in proportion and does not contain common accelerator, bentonite, water reducing agent and lithium carbonate, the performance indexes such as fluidity, apparent setting time, initial setting time, consolidation rate and compressive strength can still meet the standard requirements while the cost is reduced, and the market is greatly expanded; the preparation method is simple and reasonable in process, easy to control in operation and beneficial to large-scale production.
