Graphite tailing-based foamed ceramic and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses graphite tailing-based foamed ceramic which is prepared by mixing, grinding and sintering graphite tailing powder, ceramic polishing slag powder and frit powder as raw materials. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the graphite tailing-based foamed ceramic, which comprises the following steps: step 1, mixing the graphite tailing powder, the ceramic polishing slag powder and the glass material powder, adding a grinding aid, mixing and grinding, and step 2, molding the mixed and ground powder, and sintering to obtain the graphite tailing-based foamed ceramic. According to the method, solid waste is fully utilized, high-quality raw materials such as kaolin do not need to be additionally added, and the preparation process is simple and environmentally friendly. The foamed ceramic prepared by the invention is low in heat conductivity and excellent in mechanical property, and meets the use requirements of buildings.
