The invention relates to an alumina fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composite material containing a lanthanum phosphate interface layer and a preparation method of the alumina fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composite material. The method comprises the following steps: impregnating an impregnating compound removed alumina fiber three-dimensional fabric in a lanthanum phosphate precursor solution, and sintering at high temperature to obtain an alumina fiber three-dimensional fabric containing a lanthanum phosphate interface layer; preparing aluminum oxide slurry; dipping the alumina fiber three-dimensional fabric in alumina slurry in vacuum, and then uniformly gelling; carrying out high-temperature sintering on the alumina fiber reinforced alumina-based composite material blank to obtain a sintered rough blank; the sintered rough blank is subjected to vacuum impregnation with alumina sol; performing vacuum impregnation on the alumina fiber three-dimensional fabric impregnated with the alumina sol in the mullite sol; and sintering the alumina fiber three-dimensional fabric at high temperature to obtain the uniform and compact alumina fiber composite material. Due to the existence of the mullite sol and the interface phase, the prepared alumina fiber composite material is good in density and excellent in high and low temperature mechanical property.
本发明涉及一种含有磷酸镧界面层的氧化铝纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料及其制备方法。该方法的步骤包括:将去除浸润剂的氧化铝纤维三维织物浸渍于磷酸镧前驱体溶液中,高温烧结后得到含有磷酸镧界面层的氧化铝纤维三维织物;配置氧化铝浆料;将氧化铝纤维三维织物真空浸渍氧化铝浆料,而后均匀凝胶;将氧化铝纤维增强氧化铝基复合材料坯体进行高温烧结,得到烧结后的粗坯;将烧结后的粗坯真空浸渍氧化铝溶胶;将浸渍氧化铝溶胶的氧化铝纤维三维织物真空浸渍莫莱石溶胶;将氧化铝纤维三维织物进行高温烧结后可得到均匀致密的氧化铝纤维复合材料。本发明由于具有莫莱石溶胶和界面相的存在,制备的氧化铝纤维复合材料致密度好,高低温力学性能优异。
