The invention discloses a carbon-free dry vibrating material for a continuous casting tundish and a preparation method of the carbon-free dry vibrating material, and relates to the field of refractory materials for amorphous forms. The carbon-free dry vibrating material comprises the following raw material components in parts by mass: 50-85 parts of 91 magnesia with the particle size of 5-0mm; 20 to 30 parts of 200-mesh 96 magnesia; 5-9 parts of a composite binding agent; 0.2 to 1 part of clay; wherein the composite binding agent is a mixture of magnesium sulfate heptahydrate and sulfamic acid. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the 91 magnesia, the 96 magnesia, the composite binding agent and the clay, molding, baking, and demolding to obtain the carbon-free dry vibration material. The dry material disclosed by the invention does not contain carbon, does not generate harmful and irritant gases in the use process, does not increase hydrogen or recarburization to molten steel, has good erosion resistance and permeability resistance, is easy to disintegrate, and is a non-toxic, harmless and pollution-free carbon-free dry material.
本发明公开了一种连铸中间包用无碳干式振动料及其制备方法,涉及不定型用耐火材料领域。无碳干式振动料其各原料组成成分及质量份数为:5~0mm的91镁砂:50~85份;200目的96镁砂:20~30份;复合结合剂:5~9份;粘土:0.2~1份;其中,复合结合剂为七水硫酸镁和氨基磺酸的混合。制备方法步骤为:将91镁砂、96镁砂、复合结合剂、粘土混合均匀后装模成型,烘烤后脱模得到无碳干式振动料。本发明的干式料不含碳,在使用过程中不产生有害性、刺激性气体,对钢水不增氢、不增碳,具有抗侵蚀性和抗渗透性好,易解体,是一种无毒无害、无污染的无碳干式料。
