The invention provides an ardealite highway subgrade construction method. The ardealite highway subgrade construction method comprises the steps that a construction road section is filled with cohesive soil, leveled and compacted in a rolling mode to serve as a leveling layer and a waterproof layer; a mixed solution of water glass and calcium chloride is sprayed on the leveling layer according to the dosage of 1.5-2.0 kg/m < 2 >, and surface water and underground capillary water are prevented from permeating into the ardealite roadbed channel; the common ardealite and the calcined ardealite and/or the composite calcined ardealite are synchronously mixed for 50-60 s to be uniform; paving is conducted, specifically, the advancing speed of a paver is 3-5 m/min, the loose paving thickness is 30-50 cm, and the loose paving compactness is 80% or above; a light road roller is adopted for rolling for 1-2 times, and after the compaction degree reaches 85%, the heavy road roller is adopted for rolling for 3-5 times till the compaction degree reaches 96%; and the construction reaches the designed elevation. According to the invention, highway subgrade quality technical standards and environmental protection functions are met, the frost resistance and stability of the ardealite subgrade are improved, and the pressure of environmental pollution caused by ardealite is relieved.
本发明提供一种磷石膏公路路基建造方法,包括:对施工路段采用粘性土填筑、调平,碾压密实作为调平层和防水层;采用水玻璃和氯化钙混合液在调平层按照1.5~2.0kg/m2用量洒布,隔绝地表水和地下毛细水渗入磷石膏路基通道;将普通磷石膏与煅烧磷石膏和/或复合煅烧磷石膏同步拌和50~60s至均匀;摊铺,摊铺机行进速度3~5m/min,松铺厚度30~50cm,松铺压实度80%以上;采用轻型压路机碾压1~2遍,使压实度达到85%后采用重型压路机碾压3~5遍直到压实度达到96%为止;施工达到设计标高。本发明满足公路路基质量技术标准和环境保护功能,提高了磷石膏路基抗冻性能以及稳定性,化解了磷石膏污染环境的压力。
