The invention discloses a beam type bridge short side span straight line section and closure section hanging basket one-time suspended pouring method. The method comprises the steps that (1) the strength, rigidity and stability of a hanging basket are checked and calculated; (2) additionally arranging a bottom longitudinal beam; (3) an inner mold support is erected, and reinforcing steel bars are bound; and (4) folding the side span straight line section and the closure section at one time, folding the middle span, and dismounting the hanging basket. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that erecting and dismantling of a support in the floor stand, embedding, installing and dismantling of a bracket in a bracket method and counterweight construction are omitted, and cost is saved. Operation is easy, labor investment is small, the construction period is shortened, and cost is saved; and meanwhile, the high-altitude operation strength during erection and disassembly of the high-altitude support is reduced, no influence is generated on vehicle passing, and the safety risk is reduced. Simple reinforcement is carried out under the condition that the overall structure of the hanging basket is not changed, and suspension casting construction is carried out under the condition that the hanging basket structure meets the strength, rigidity and stability requirements. The method has the advantages of simplifying construction procedures, saving construction period, saving construction cost and the like.
本发明公开了梁式桥短边跨直线段与合龙段挂篮一次性悬浇方法,步骤包括:1)验算挂篮强度、刚度及稳定性;2)增设底纵梁;3)搭设内模支架、绑扎钢筋;4)边跨直线段及合龙段一次性合拢、中跨合拢、拆除挂篮。本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:免去落地支架中支架的搭设和拆除,托架法中托架预埋、安装、拆除、以及配重施工,节约了成本。操作简单,劳动力投入少、缩短施工周期,节约成本;同时降低了高空支架搭设与拆除时高空作业强度,对车辆通行不产生任何影响,安全风险降低。通过不改变挂篮整体结构情况下进行简易加固,在挂篮结构满足强度、刚度及稳定性要求下进行悬浇施工。具有能够简化施工程序、节省施工工期、节省施工成本等优点。
