The invention discloses a channel water surface garbage collecting device which comprises a base, a vortex cylinder, a rotating wheel, a collecting mechanism, a stirring wheel, a driving mechanism, a transmission shell and a garbage collecting barrel, and the base is arranged at the bottom of a channel; the vortex cylinder is arranged on the base; the rotating wheel is arranged above the vortex cylinder, and a connecting block is arranged on the rotating wheel; the collecting mechanism comprises a supporting strip, a plurality of collecting strips and a plurality of springs, the supporting strip and the connecting block are connected through a connecting rubber strip, the collecting strips are arranged in an annular array with the supporting strip as the center axis, the springs are connected between the collecting strips and the supporting strip, the top of each collecting strip is connected with one end of an inclined rod, and the other end of each inclined rod is connected to the supporting strip. The stirring wheel is arranged on the bottom surface of the vortex cylinder; according to the channel water surface floating object collecting device, floating objects on the water surface of a channel can be continuously collected into a garbage collecting barrel without providing an electric appliance, and the channel water surface floating object collecting device is more suitable for collecting the floating objects on the water surface of the channel.
