The invention discloses a steel pipe pile anti-corrosion sleeve which comprises a sleeve body used for being arranged on the outer side of a steel pipe pile in a sleeving mode and connected with the steel pipe pile. The fixing part is used for connecting the casing pipe main body with the steel pipe pile; the casing pipe body comprises a soft material protection layer, and the soft material protection layer is used for being arranged on the outer side of the steel pipe pile in a sleeving mode and pressing the outer wall of the steel pipe pile. The waterproof material protection layer is coated on the outer wall of the soft material protection layer; and the metal protection layer is arranged on the outer side of the waterproof material protection layer in a sleeving manner. The anti-corrosion sleeve is arranged on the section from the water surface to the mud surface of the large-diameter steel pipe foundation, so that the corrosion problem of the large-diameter steel pipe pile caused by the fact that seawater and marine organisms are attached to the surface of the steel pipe pile can be effectively prevented, and the durability problem caused by corrosion of the large-diameter steel pipe pile and the fan collapse problem caused by corrosion are solved.
