High-rise building waste transportation system
The invention discloses a high-rise building waste transportation system which comprises a transportation pipeline, buffer devices, strain gauges, a time collector, a communication module and a processing module, the transportation pipeline is formed by sequentially connecting a first pipe body and a second pipe body, the three buffer devices are arranged at different positions of the transportation pipeline, and the strain gauges are arranged on the first pipe body and the second pipe body. The building rubbish in three different directions is buffered, communication connection is established between the communication module and the terminal, variable resistance is generated when the strain gauge is in contact with the buffering device, and the processing module generates a current signal according to the variable resistance, judges the damage condition of the buffering device and sends damage information to the terminal. The time collector is used for obtaining time signals of passing of the construction waste in the transportation pipeline, and the processing module judges the unobstructed condition of the transportation pipeline according to the time signals and sends unobstructed information to the terminal. According to the high-rise building garbage transportation system, the damage condition of the buffer device and the smooth condition of the transportation pipeline can be obtained in real time.
本发明公开了一种高层建筑垃圾运输系统,包括运输管道、缓冲装置、应变片、时间采集器、通信模块和处理模块,运输管道由第一管体和第二管体依次连接形成,缓冲装置设有三种,三种缓冲装置设于运输管道的不同位置,并对三种不同方向的建筑垃圾进行缓冲,通信模块与终端建立通信连接,应变片被缓冲装置被接触时、生成变化的电阻,处理模块根据变化的电阻,生成电流信号,判断缓冲装置的损坏情况、并向终端发送损坏信息,时间采集器用于获取运输管道内的建筑垃圾通过的时间信号,处理模块根据时间信号,判断运输管道的通畅情况、并向终端发送通畅信息。本发明的高层建筑垃圾运输系统能够实时获取缓冲装置的损坏情况和运输管道通畅情况。
