The hanging basket operation system comprises a hanging mechanism; the device comprises a suspension platform, a working steel wire rope, a safety steel wire rope, a U-shaped lock sleeve, a safety lock, a heavy hammer, universal wheels and a base, the first end of the working steel wire rope is connected with the suspension mechanism; the second end of the working steel wire rope is connected with the suspension platform; the first end of the safety steel wire rope is connected with the suspension mechanism; the U-shaped lock sleeve is arranged on the suspension platform; the second end of the safety steel wire rope penetrates through the safety lock and the U-shaped lock sleeve to be connected with the heavy hammer. The heavy hammer is connected with the universal wheel; an upper opening and a lower opening are formed in the base; the base is in a cavity shape, and the cavity is used for containing the universal wheels. The size of the universal wheel is smaller than that of the lower opening and larger than that of the upper opening; the universal wheel enters the cavity from the lower opening, and the top of the universal wheel extends out of the upper opening and is connected with the heavy hammer. By implementing the embodiment, the overswinging of the suspension platform can be avoided.
