When the mortar spraying device is used, a conveying pump conveys mortar to a spraying mechanism for spraying operation, meanwhile, a mounting shaft drives a material storage shell to swing in an arc-shaped groove in a reciprocating mode, when a pressure sensor makes contact with the inner wall of the arc-shaped groove to detect a pressure value, an electromagnetic valve is opened, and airflow is conveyed into a movable shell through an extending air guide pipe; and air flow in the movable shell is sprayed out from the air outlet holes to blow the mortar in the material storage shell, so that the mortar in the material storage shell is blown and stirred when the mortar in the material storage shell is shaken and uniformly mixed, the uniform mixing effect of the mortar is improved, and the spraying uniformity of the mortar is ensured.
本发明涉及砂浆喷涂技术领域，为了解决现有的砂浆喷涂机在使用时存在砂浆浓度不均匀而影响喷涂效果的问题，公开了一种砂浆快速喷涂机，包括中空的底座，所述底座的顶部开设有弧形凹槽，弧形凹槽的中间位置活动安装有安装轴，安装轴的侧面安装有储料壳体。本发明使用时输送泵将砂浆输送至喷涂机构进行喷涂作业，同时安装轴带动储料壳体的在弧形凹槽内往复摆动，压力传感器与弧形凹槽内壁接触检测到压力值时，电磁阀开启，气流经延伸导气管输送至活动壳体内，且活动壳体内的气流从出气孔喷出，对储料壳体内的砂浆进行吹动，实现在对储料壳体内砂浆进行晃动混匀时，还对储料壳体内砂浆进行吹气鼓动，提高砂浆的混匀效果，保证砂浆喷涂的均匀性。
