The invention provides a hinge assembly for a vehicle tail door, a vehicle tail door assembly and a vehicle. The hinge assembly is arranged between a vehicle body and a tail door, and the hinge assembly comprises a hinge movable arm fixed to the tail door and pivotally attached to the vehicle body to open or close the tail door; the hinge reinforcing piece is attached to the tail door and is suitable for being matched with the hinge movable arm so as to be used for reinforcing fixation between the hinge movable arm and the tail door; and the limiting piece is attached to the tail door and is at least arranged at the fixed point of the hinge movable arm and the tail door so as to be used for limiting the hinge reinforcing piece. According to the hinge assembly, movement of the hinge reinforcing piece in the fastening process of the hinge movable arm is effectively avoided, the fastening piece and peripheral parts are protected against damage, the fastening quality of the hinge movable arm is improved, and normal use of the hinge assembly is ensured.
