The invention relates to an energy recycling system of a backhoe loader, a control method and the backhoe loader, and the system comprises an executing mechanism which is used for driving a working device to execute actions by taking hydraulic oil as a medium and is provided with a first cavity and a second cavity; the reversing valve is provided with a first working oil port and a second working oil port, the first working oil port is communicated with the first cavity, the second working oil port is communicated with the second cavity, and the reversing valve is used for reversing the executing mechanism; the stabilizing valve group is provided with a first oil port, a second oil port, a third oil port and a fourth oil port, the first oil port and the second oil port are communicated with the first cavity and the second cavity respectively, and the third oil port is communicated with the oil tank; the energy storage component is communicated with the fourth oil port and is used for storing hydraulic energy; a first communicating state exists between the first oil port and the third oil port, and in the first communicating state, hydraulic oil in the first cavity can enter the oil tank; the second oil port and the fourth oil port are selectively connected or disconnected, and the second cavity is communicated with the energy storage component in the connected state.
