Composite sunlight shed for improving energy efficiency of air source heat pump
The invention relates to a composite sunlight shed, and belongs to the technical field of low carbon and energy conservation for heating. The outer two layers of the four layers of sunlight plates are of a hollow structure, the inner two layers are phase change energy storage material organic paraffin compounded in a honeycomb structure, when the environment temperature is high, heat energy of solar energy is absorbed, and when the environment temperature is low, the organic paraffin releases heat. By means of the sunlight shed of the composite honeycomb structure and the phase change heat storage material, heat energy in solar energy is absorbed, air in the sunlight shed is integrally preheated, the temperature of the environment where the air source heat pump unit is located is greatly increased, and therefore the operation energy efficiency of the air source heat pump unit is improved. By the adoption of the sunshine shed, the problem that the fin evaporator and the unit exhaust fan are eroded by leaves, mosquito accumulation, dust, rainwater and the like of the air source heat pump unit in the outdoor environment is solved, the operation condition of the air source heat pump unit is integrally improved, the operation efficiency of the unit is improved, and the service life of the unit is prolonged.
本发明涉及一种复合型阳光棚,属于采暖用热低碳节能技术领域。4层的阳光板外部2层为中空结构,内部2层为复合在蜂窝结构内的相变储能材料有机石蜡,在环境温度较高时,吸收太阳能的热能,在环境温度较低时有机石蜡释放热量。通过以上复合蜂窝结构与相变蓄热材料的阳光棚,吸收太阳能中的热能,对阳光棚内部空气进行整体预热,空气源热泵机组所处的环境温度大幅度提升,从而实现提升空气源热泵机组运行能效。采用该阳光棚同时避免了空气源热泵机组在户外环境常存在的树叶、蚊虫堆积、粉尘、雨水等侵蚀翅片蒸发器和机组排风扇的问题,整体提升了空气源热泵机组的运行工况,提高了机组的运行效率和使用寿命。
