Adjustable partition discharging platform
The platform comprises a plurality of movable discharging plates and a shell, the shell is arranged at the bottom of a kiln chamber, a supporting beam is arranged in an inner cavity of the shell, the movable discharging plates are arranged on the supporting beam in the circumferential direction of the shell, and a discharging channel is formed between the outer side of each movable discharging plate and the inner wall of the shell. The movable discharging plate is connected with a driving device, and the driving device drives the movable discharging plate to horizontally move back and forth, so that materials above the movable discharging plate enter the corresponding discharging channels to be discharged. According to the discharging device, it can be guaranteed that discharging points of discharged materials are evenly distributed on the periphery of the kiln bottom bin, and meanwhile the discharging speed is even and smooth; besides, by controlling related hydraulic driving devices, regional and quantitative discharging is achieved, adjustability is good, calcined finished products are discharged in time preferentially according to the temperature distribution characteristic of a calcining chamber of the lime kiln, meanwhile, limestone needing to be continuously calcined is conveyed to a high-temperature field, and calcining is further completed.
本发明公开了一种可调节式分区卸料平台,包括多个移动卸料板和壳体,壳体设置于窑膛底部,壳体内腔设有支撑梁,多个移动卸料板沿壳体周向布置于支撑梁上,每个移动卸料板的外侧与壳体内壁之间均设有卸料通道,移动卸料板连接有驱动装置连接,驱动装置带动移动卸料板来回平动,使移动卸料板上方的物料进入相应的卸料通道内进行卸料。本发明能保证卸出的物料落料点均匀分布在窑底仓的四周,同时,卸料速度均匀、顺畅;另外,通过操控相关的液压驱动装置,实现分区域、定量卸料,可调性好,结合石灰窑煅烧膛温度分布特点,优先将煅烧好的成品即时卸出,同时,将需要继续煅烧的石灰石输送至高温场,进一步完成煅烧。
