The invention provides a urine detection box for an intelligent urinal, and relates to the technical field of urine detection of urinals. Two grooves are formed in the top of the urine detection box, and urine analysis test paper is arranged in the two grooves; a urine flow channel for enabling urine to flow into the grooves on the two sides is arranged between the two grooves, and the height of the urine flow channel is higher than that of the urine analysis test paper located in the grooves. During urine detection, urine slowly flows into the grooves in the two sides through the urine flow channel to gradually soak the urine analysis test paper, and the urine firstly flows into the urine flow channel and then is uniformly dispersed to the urine analysis test paper on the two sides through the urine flow channel, so that the distribution uniformity of the urine can be improved, and the situation that the urine is directly dropped onto the urine test paper to cause non-uniform distribution of the urine is avoided; by means of the urine detection method and device, the urine detection efficiency and accuracy can be improved.
