Method for reducing moisture content of flue gas desulfurization gypsum product
The invention relates to the technical field of gypsum wet desulphurization, in particular to a method for reducing the moisture content of a flue gas desulfurization gypsum product, which sequentially comprises the following steps: S1, primary dehydration: treating gypsum slurry by using a cyclone, and taking underflow of the cyclone to obtain primary dehydrated slurry; and S2, a second-stage dehydration step: treating the first-stage dehydrated slurry by using a vacuum belt dehydrator, and controlling the thickness of a filter cake to be 10-45mm to obtain a gypsum product. According to the scheme, the technical problem that the water content of a gypsum product produced by an existing process is relatively high is solved, the method can be applied to practical operation of gypsum dehydration in wet flue gas desulfurization, the water content of the gypsum product is reduced, and the quality of the gypsum product is improved.
