Fiber-reinforced polyvinyl chloride composite floor and preparation method thereof
The fiber-reinforced polyvinyl chloride composite floor comprises a first PVC fiber layer, an aluminum silicate fiber layer, a second PVC fiber activated carbon layer, a foam layer and a third PVC fiber layer which are sequentially connected from top to bottom, the first PVC fiber layer comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 4% of basalt fiber, 7% of glass fiber and 89% of polyvinyl chloride; the second PVC fiber activated carbon layer comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 3% of carbon fiber, 3.5% of activated carbon, 6% of aramid fiber and 87.5% of polyvinyl chloride; and the third PVC fiber layer comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 18% of glass fiber and 82% of polyvinyl chloride. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the floor. According to the first PVC fiber layer, the second PVC fiber activated carbon layer and the third PVC fiber layer, reinforced fibers are added into a polyvinyl chloride material, and the strength and the comprehensive performance of the composite floor are improved.
本发明公开了一种纤维增强聚氯乙烯复合地板,包括由上至下依次连接的第一PVC纤维层、硅酸铝纤维层、第二PVC纤维活性炭层、泡沫层与第三PVC纤维层;第一PVC纤维层包括以下重量百分比的成分:4%的玄武岩纤维、7%的玻璃纤维与89%的聚氯乙烯;第二PVC纤维活性炭层包括以下重量百分比的成分:3%的碳纤维、3.5%的活性炭、6%的芳纶纤维与87.5%的聚氯乙烯;第三PVC纤维层包括以下重量百分比的成分:18%的玻璃纤维与82%的聚氯乙烯。并公开了该地板的制备方法。本发明的第一PVC纤维层、第二PVC纤维活性炭层、第三PVC纤维层分别在聚氯乙烯材料中加入增强纤维,提高了复合地板的强度和综合性能。
