Heating method for asphalt mixture
The invention discloses a heating method for an asphalt mixture, which comprises the following steps: material flattening: distributing a material entering through a material inlet in a flow cavity with a limit, and flattening the material through scraping; the method further comprises the step of preheating the mixture through hot oil, specifically, a hot oil structure is utilized, heat is generated through the heated hot oil, and the mixture is preheated when the materials are flattened; the heating structures are adjusted, specifically, the number of the heating structures and the arrangement positions of the heating structures are set according to the mass of the mixture and the power of the heating structures; when the number of the heating structures is more than 4, 3-5 heating structures are arranged as one layer, and the heating structures are arranged into a plurality of layers; and heating the asphalt mixture: heating the mixture by using a heating structure. According to the mixing device, mixing of mixtures with different weights is achieved by adjusting the number of the heating structures, and the replacement time of the mixing device during mixing of the mixtures with different weights is shortened.
