The gear assembly comprises a gear shaft, a bevel gear and a straight gear. The gear shaft is rotationally installed on the base. The bevel gear drives the gear shaft to rotate, and the straight gear rotates along with the gear shaft. And the outer support ring is fixedly connected with the top tray. A bevel gear groove matched with the bevel gear in shape is formed in the lower end face of the outer supporting ring so that the bevel gear can be driven to rotate when the outer supporting ring moves up and down. The friction ring assembly comprises an inner friction ring, an outer friction ring, an inner gear and an outer gear. The inner friction ring is located on the inner side of the outer supporting ring, the outer friction ring is located on the outer side of the outer supporting ring, and the inner friction ring and the outer friction ring are both in sliding contact with the base. The inner gear and the outer gear are both meshed with the straight gear. The inner gear is fixed to the outer friction ring, and the outer gear is fixed to the inner friction ring.
