The invention relates to an electric power infrastructure project concrete pouring device which comprises a pre-pouring plate, supporting frames, connecting formworks, limiting modules and pouring modules, the supporting frames are evenly installed on the pre-pouring plate, the connecting formworks are detachably installed between the adjacent supporting frames, and pouring grooves are formed between the connecting formworks and the pre-pouring plate; limiting modules are installed at the ends of the pouring grooves, and pouring modules are installed between the upper ends of the supporting frames. During pouring, concrete slurry is poured on the electric tube banks through the pouring unit, and after pouring is completed, the electric tube banks are manually refilled, so that the concrete slurry can be poured layer by layer, and gaps between the adjacent electric tube banks can be accurately filled with the concrete slurry.
