The invention discloses an anti-blocking rainwater grate in the technical field of rainwater grates. The anti-blocking rainwater grate comprises an upper drainage disc, and an arc-shaped drainage groove hole is formed in the upper drainage disc; the water stirring disc comprises a stirring disc shaft and spiral blades, the stirring disc shaft is arranged below the upper drainage disc, the multiple spiral blades are arranged on the stirring disc shaft and can rotate around the axis of the stirring disc shaft, and the spiral blades are used for bearing impact of water flow and enabling the water flow flowing through the drainage groove holes to spirally move. The water stirring disc with the spiral blades is arranged below the upper drainage disc, so that the spiral blades can rotate under the impact action of water flow, the rotating spiral blades can make the water flow spirally flow and form vortex, and the vortex can generate downward spiral suction force and circumferential acting force on the water flow flowing through the drainage groove holes; and the drainage groove holes are used for increasing the flowing speed of water flow, preventing impurities in the water flow from blocking the drainage groove holes and dredging the blocked drainage groove holes.
