The system comprises column modules, shear wall modules, prefabricated floor modules, connecting pieces and a foundation structure. The multiple column modules are connected to the two sides of the shear wall module, third steel plates are fixedly installed on the outer sides of every two adjacent column modules in the vertical direction, and every two adjacent column modules are fixedly connected through the third steel plates. A plurality of layers of shear wall modules are arranged along a preset wall body; the prefabricated floor modules are arranged above each layer of shear wall module and are matched with the tops of the shear wall modules through bolts; the foundation structure comprises a column module independent foundation and a shear wall module foundation beam, the column module independent foundation is connected to the lower portion of the column module on the bottommost layer, and the shear wall module foundation beam is connected to the lower portion of the shear wall module on the bottommost layer.
