The invention provides high-modulus ultra-high-performance concrete based on artificial high-strength aggregate and a preparation method of the high-modulus ultra-high-performance concrete. The concrete is prepared from cement, fly ash microspheres, silica fume, artificial high-strength aggregate, basalt coarse aggregate, copper-plated steel fibers, a water reducing agent and water. The artificial high-strength aggregate is adopted to prepare the ultra-high-performance concrete, the problem of large shrinkage of the existing ultra-high-performance concrete can be improved to a certain extent by utilizing the internal curing effect of the artificial high-strength aggregate, and meanwhile, a pre-mixing process is combined to promote slurry around the artificial high-strength aggregate to form a high-strength and compact interface transition region; the mechanical property and the durability of the high-modulus ultra-high performance concrete are improved; the elasticity modulus of the obtained high-modulus ultra-high performance concrete is 57-60 GPa, meanwhile, the compressive strength grade can reach C150 or above, and the high-modulus ultra-high performance concrete has good working performance, mechanical performance and volume stability, can effectively improve the toughness, durability and elasticity modulus of concrete members, and has important practical application value.
本发明提供了一种基于人造高强集料的高模量超高性能混凝土及其制备方法。本发明的混凝土包括水泥、粉煤灰微珠、硅灰、人造高强集料、玄武岩粗骨料、镀铜钢纤维、减水剂、水;本发明采用人造高强集料制备超高性能混凝土,可利用其内养护作用可一定程度改善目前超高性能混凝土收缩大的问题,同时结合预拌工艺促进人造高强集料周围浆体形成高强、致密的界面过渡区,提高了高模量超高性能混凝土的力学性能和耐久性能;本发明所得高模量超高性能混凝土的弹性模量为57~60GPa,同时抗压强度等级可达C150以上,并具有良好的工作性能、力学性能以及体积稳定性,可有效提升混凝土构件的韧性、耐久性能及弹性模量,具有重要的实际应用价值。
