Comprising the following steps: stirring and mixing materials containing composite cement, an admixture, aggregate, a water reducing agent and water to obtain mixed slurry; based on the total mass of the composite cement, the composite cement comprises 80-92% of Portland cement clinker, 3-10% of sulphoaluminate cement clinker and 5-10% of gypsum, pouring the mixed slurry into a mold, and carrying out vibration molding to obtain a test block with a mold; naturally curing the test block with the mold for 2-8 hours, and removing the mold after curing; and performing carbonization maintenance on the test block subjected to form removal to obtain the carbonized building material product. According to the method, the carbonization reaction degree and carbonization effect of the product can be improved, the early strength of the product can be rapidly improved, and the problems of loose structure, temperature difference cracks, shrinkage cracks and the like of a cement concrete interface transition area are remarkably improved and avoided.
