The invention relates to the field of resource application of dangerous wastes in novel building materials, in particular to a high-ductility waste incineration fly ash-cement composite-based rapid repair material. Comprising the following raw materials in parts by mass: 496 to 992 parts of sulphoaluminate cement, 124 to 248 parts of waste incineration fly ash, 0 to 620 parts of fly ash, 372 to 496 parts of fine aggregate, 39 to 74 parts of alkali activator, 6 to 10 parts of water reducer, 12 to 62 parts of early strength agent, 0 to 99 parts of accelerator, 281 to 352 parts of water and 13 to 26 parts of fiber. The prepared high-ductility waste incineration fly ash-cement composite-based rapid repair material integrates high ductility, rapid hardening and high strength, is used for rapid repair of road and bridge deck pavement layers, reduces the traffic blocking time, and can avoid the cracking risk caused by poor tensile deformation resistance of a road and bridge deck cement-based material; and on the other hand, heavy metal ions in the hazardous waste are solidified, harm to human and the environment is reduced, and outstanding technical, economic and environment-friendly benefits are achieved.
本发明涉及危废物在新型建筑材料中资源化应用领域,具体涉及一种高延性垃圾焚烧飞灰‑水泥复合基快速修补材料;包括以下质量份配比的原料:硫铝酸盐水泥496~992份,垃圾焚烧飞灰124~248份,粉煤灰0~620份,细集料372~496份,碱激发剂39~74份,减水剂6~10份,早强剂12~62份,速凝剂0~99份,水281~352份,纤维13~26份。本发明制备的高延性垃圾焚烧飞灰‑水泥复合基快速修补材料,集高延性、快硬和高强于一体,用于路桥面铺装层的快速修补,减少了交通阻断时间,而且可以避免路桥面水泥基材料因抗拉变形能力差引发的开裂风险;另一方面固化了危废物中的重金属离子,减少对人类和环境的危害,具有突出的技术、经济和环保效益。
