The invention discloses a sludge solid waste regenerated building material product and a preparation method and device thereof, and belongs to the field of solid waste resource utilization. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding 3w. T.% of lime and sludge solid waste mixed braising material; sequentially conveying the stewed and pretreated sludge solid waste, the construction waste recycled aggregate and the calcium additive into a stirrer for stirring to obtain a mixture with the water content of 20-25%; conveying the mixture to a digestion bin for digestion reaction; crushing and uniformly mixing the digested material by a crushing and mixing system, and conveying the crushed and uniformly mixed material to a blank transfer stirring tank to obtain a blank with the water content of 16-18%; quantitatively adding the blank into a hydraulic forming machine mold, and carrying out compression molding to obtain a green body; and feeding the green body into an autoclave, and carrying out autoclave reaction to obtain the sludge solid waste regenerated building material product. The formula adopted by the invention is simple, an additive does not need to be additionally used, and a product with the quality meeting the requirement can be prepared only by accurately controlling the water content of a blank, the mixing ratio of aggregate powder, the static pressure forming pressure and the like.
