The electroceramic semiconductor glaze is prepared from the following raw materials: potassium feldspar, kaolin, quartz powder, calcined talc, ball clay, barium titanate, indium tin oxide, strontium tantalum oxynitride, nano-zinc oxide, micron-sized aluminum oxide, zirconium oxide nanowires, CaTi2O5 nanoparticles and the like. After electric porcelain is glazed by using the semiconductor glaze, the electrical performance, the mechanical performance and the cold and heat resistance of a product are obviously improved.
