The invention relates to the technical field of ceramic tiles, and discloses a glazed tile containing ink-jet printed three-dimensional patterns and a preparation method thereof, the glazed tile comprises a green brick, a plurality of pattern layers arranged on the surface of the green brick, a plurality of transition layers and a ground coat layer; the pattern layers are ink patterns printed in an ink-jet mode, and the multiple pattern layers are staggered and not overlapped. Transition layers are uniformly distributed on the surface of each pattern layer and the surface of the ground coat layer, and the transition layers are formed by firing transparent isolation glaze; the transparent isolation glaze is prepared from the following raw materials: potassium feldspar, albite, zinc oxide, kaolin, wollastonite and fused quartz. The adopted transparent isolation glaze does not generate a low-temperature eutectic substance and has the performance of blocking ink diffusion and migration of the pattern layer, so that the effect of isolating the upper layer of ink and the lower layer of ink is achieved, the whiteness of the ground glaze and the color development effect of the pattern are not affected, and then it is guaranteed that the pattern is not distorted or discolored; therefore, the pattern has a 3D stereoscopic effect with high resolution and rich colors in the direction perpendicular to the glaze surface.
本发明涉及陶瓷砖技术领域,公开了一种含有喷墨打印的立体图案的釉面砖及其制备方法,包括砖坯、排布于砖坯表面的多个图案层、多个过渡层和底釉层;图案层为喷墨打印的油墨图案,多个图案层相互错位且不重叠;每个图案层的表面和底釉层的表面均布施有过渡层,过渡层由透明隔离釉烧制而成;透明隔离釉的原料包括钾长石、钠长石、氧化锌、高岭土、硅灰石和熔融石英。采用的透明隔离釉不会产生低温共熔物,具有阻碍图案层的油墨扩散和迁移的性能,从而具有隔离上下两层油墨的作用,不会影响底釉的白度及图案的发色效果,继而保证图案不会出现失真和变色;使得图案在垂直于釉面的方向上具有分辨率高、色彩丰富的3D立体效果。
