The invention provides a limiting device of a magnetic type CRTS III type ballastless track plate and a construction method of the magnetic type CRTS III type ballastless track plate. The device comprises an electromagnetic mechanism, an isolation mechanism and a monitoring-control mechanism which are connected with one another. The electromagnetic mechanism comprises two groups of coils for generating a magnetic field according to an electromagnetic induction principle; the isolation mechanism comprises a magnetic field isolation layer, a rubber protection layer, a coil locking buckle, a first groove, a second groove, an electric support and a hoisting ring. The monitoring-control mechanism comprises a wireless control module, a wireless transmission module, a data display module, a laser ranging module, an automatic slurry blocking plugboard, a setting knob, a power interface, a narrowband network card interface and an alternating current-direct current conversion module. Non-contact electromagnetic force is adopted to enable the track plate to be evenly stressed, the functions of real-time display, automatic adjustment and remote control of limiting pressure are achieved, strict limiting of the CRTS III type ballastless track plate in self-compacting concrete pouring construction is achieved, and the pouring construction quality is improved.
本发明提供了一种磁吸式CRTSⅢ型无砟轨道板的限位装置以及施工方法。该装置包括互相连接的电磁机构、隔绝机构和监测‑控制机构。电磁机构包括两组通过电磁感应原理产生磁场的线圈;隔绝机构包括磁场隔绝层、橡胶保护层、线圈锁定扣、第一凹槽、第二凹槽、电动支架、吊装环;监测‑控制机构包括无线控制模块、无线传输模块、数据显示模块、激光测距模块、自动挡浆插板、设置旋钮、电源接口、窄带网卡接口和交‑直流电转换模块。本发明采用非接触式电磁力使轨道板均匀受力,具有限位压力实时显示、自动调节和远程控制功能,实现自密实混凝土灌注施工中CRTSⅢ型无砟轨道板的严格限位,提高了灌注施工的质量。
