Self-repairing plastic track and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a self-repairing type plastic runway and a construction method thereof, which are applied to the field of plastic runways. According to the scheme, the volume of an edge sleeve is contracted by utilizing pressure in a laying process, so that a limiting rod enters a surface layer which is not completely dried; when the bonding glue is decomposed under the action of high temperature to generate a large amount of gas to separate and swell the surface layer and the stable layer, the surface layer drives the limiting rod to move upwards to slide out of the sliding sleeve, meanwhile, the repairing liquid in the central bag is discharged and uniformly distributed on the stable layer, and the gas is discharged through the gas guide hole and the gas guide channel; after the bulging point is recovered, the surface layer and the stable layer form a whole again under the action of the repairing liquid, and when the local position of the surface layer is abraded and the rubber particles are dispersed and fall off, the limiting rod moves upwards to slide out of the sliding sleeve under the action of the elastic guide wire to release the repairing liquid; the repair liquid is combined with the dispersed rubber particles, so that the damaged position of the surface layer is controlled, and the abrasion position is prevented from being further expanded.
