According to the device, lime powder is discharged to the ground through rotation of a propelling threaded rod, lines drawn by the device are consistent in thickness under the condition that the movement speed of operators is uniform, and when the device encounters a bumpy road section, due to the fact that the propelling threaded rod blocks a nozzle in the bottom of a storage box frequently, the device is not prone to falling off. Therefore, the bumpy lime powder in the inner cavity of the built-in barrel cannot be bumped out of the nozzle at the bottom of the storage box, and the problem that the use amount of the lime powder scattered by the line marking vehicle is not uniform, so that the drawn white lines are not uniform in thickness is solved.
