The invention discloses a construction method for a lower frame bridge of a small-curve-radius existing railway line, the frame bridge is a porous separated frame bridge, a working pit is excavated while the railway line is reinforced and erected, the frame bridge is prefabricated in the working pit, and after the railway line is reinforced and erected, the frame bridge is obliquely crossed and jacked into an underpass railway in place; an infrared gradienter is arranged in a middle gap of the plurality of ejector irons corresponding to each hole in the frame bridge, and is used for outwards emitting horizontal infrared rays parallel to the horizontal plane and vertical infrared rays in the same advancing direction as the frame bridge; the height position of each piece of jacking iron is adjusted by measuring the distance between the horizontal infrared ray and the top surface of each piece of jacking iron; meanwhile, the direction of the jacking iron is adjusted according to the measured distance between the vertical infrared ray and the center line of each jacking iron in the length direction. The accuracy of the mounting position of the jacking iron is guaranteed in an infrared measurement mode, and the situation that the construction progress is affected due to the fact that an iron collapse site is prone to occurring in the later jacking deviation correction process is prevented.
本发明公开了一种小曲线半径既有铁路线路下框架桥施工方法,所述框架桥为多孔分离式框架桥,对铁路线路加固架空的同时开挖工作坑,在工作坑内预制框架桥,待铁路线路加固架空完成后,将框架桥斜交顶进下穿铁路就位;框架桥上每孔对应的多根顶铁的中间空隙处设有红外线水平仪,利用红外线水平仪向外发射出与水平面平行的水平红外线以及与框架桥前进方向相同的垂直红外线,通过测量水平红外线与每根顶铁顶面之间的距离调整每根顶铁的高度位置;同时根据测量的垂直红外线与每根顶铁长度方向中心线的距离,调整顶铁的方向。本发明其通过红外线测量的方式保证了顶铁安装位置的准确性,防止顶进后期纠偏过程中易出现崩铁现场,从而影响施工进程。
