The invention discloses an environmental sanitation operation vehicle and a flexible suction nozzle thereof, the flexible suction nozzle comprises a foldable suction nozzle body, the two sides of the suction nozzle body are provided with a plurality of closed air chambers, and the air chamber on any side is connected with an air supply assembly for conveying air to the air chamber; the suction nozzle body is driven to do telescopic motion through expansion and contraction of the air chamber on any side. The flexible suction nozzle can generate deformation of outward extension, inward retraction and forward and reverse bending through an active deformation function so as to meet the obstacle avoidance effect on stumps or pile-shaped obstacles in the operation process, so that the continuity of operation can be ensured, no operation dead angle is left, and the working efficiency is improved.
