The invention discloses a geomembrane laying device which comprises two trolleys, a base is arranged above the trolleys, a steering mechanism used for steering the trolleys is arranged on the base, vertical plates are fixedly connected to the upper end of the base, a membrane releasing roller is installed between the two vertical plates, the membrane releasing roller is sleeved with a geomembrane roller, and the geomembrane roller is fixedly connected with the base. A limiting mechanism used for limiting the geomembrane roller is arranged on the membrane releasing roller, the rear sides of the two vertical plates are fixedly connected with the same transverse plate, a pressing roller is arranged below the transverse plate, a lifting mechanism used for lifting the pressing roller is arranged on the transverse plate, and supporting rollers are arranged at the edges of the upper portions of the two bases. The two ends of the supporting roller are rotationally connected with the two bases through two fixing blocks correspondingly. When the geomembrane is laid and transferred, time and labor are saved, the laying cost is reduced, the laying efficiency is improved, and the geomembrane laying effect is good.
