The invention relates to a floating type draught fan foundation launching method based on a crane ship and semi-submersible barges. Special equipment involved in the method comprises the crane ship, the two semi-submersible barges, a plurality of module vehicles and a support. One front stand column of the floating type draught fan foundation is hoisted by the crane ship to move, the two rear stand columns are placed on the semi-submersible barge firstly and then are hoisted downwards into water along with the crane ship, then connection between the lifting hooks and the stand columns is removed, and launching of the floating type draught fan foundation is completed. The launching method of the floating type draught fan foundation is implemented and completed based on the crane ship and the semi-submersible barge, no onshore hoisting equipment is needed, and the problem that the floating type draught fan foundation is difficult to enter and exit from a wharf with small bearing capacity is solved.
