The invention discloses a float-type underwater floating tunnel with an escape lifting device, which comprises two parallel floating tunnel pipe bodies and a plurality of connecting main body frames, a float is fixed at the upper part of each connecting main body frame, and the top of each connecting main body frame protrudes out of the top of the corresponding float; an escape lifting device is mounted in the connecting body frame and comprises two escape elevators, and car entrances of the two escape elevators are located in emergency entrance channels, communicated with the two floating tunnel pipe bodies, of the connecting body frame correspondingly. Lift car exits of the two escape elevators are located on emergency exit channels which are connected with the main body frame and communicated with the upper planes of the buoys, and the upper planes of the buoys are water surface rescue areas. The escape lifting device is controlled by an independent storage battery and can work independently when an original electric energy system is damaged, and the rescue stability is guaranteed; the power source of the device is gravity difference, and when the floating tunnel structure is damaged, the device can still work normally.
