The invention discloses an excavator accessory hydraulic control system and an excavator. The system comprises a main pump; the control main valve comprises a breaking hammer main valve plate, a plurality of auxiliary mechanism main valve plates and a double-pump confluence stop valve; the controller is configured to determine that the breaking hammer main valve plate is located at a working valve position and the auxiliary mechanism main valve plates are located at stop valve positions; a double-pump confluence stop valve is controlled to be conducted, an engine is controlled to operate at the first set rotating speed, and therefore a main pump operates at the first maximum output power; determining that a breaking hammer main valve plate is in a stop valve position and at least one auxiliary mechanism main valve plate is in a working valve position; the double-pump confluence cut-off valve is controlled to be cut off, and the main pump is controlled to operate at the second maximum output power and/or the engine is controlled to operate at the second set rotating speed; wherein the second set rotating speed is larger than the first set rotating speed, and the second maximum output power is larger than the first maximum output power. According to the control hydraulic system, the overall efficiency of crushing operation can be improved.
