A water conservancy water supply system belongs to the technical field of water supply systems and comprises a water supply purification system, a distribution system and a recovery system. The distribution system is provided with a soft water cold water tank, a soft water hot water tank, a drinking water cold water tank, a drinking water warm water tank and a return water cold water tank; the soft water cold water tank and the soft water hot water tank jointly supply water to the bathing facility through a pipeline; the drinking water cold water tank and the drinking water warm water tank supply water to a kitchen through pipelines; the return water cold water tank and the soft water cold water tank supply water to a toilet through pipelines. According to the system, water is subjected to water quality classification treatment before entering the building, temperature control is conducted according to different use environments after the water enters the building, and better domestic water use convenience is provided; according to the system, kitchen and bath water can be recycled, toilet flushing water can be supplied, emergency toilet water in a building can be guaranteed under the state that water is cut off in an area for a long time when an external pipeline is maintained or water is limited, indoor cleanness is guaranteed, and meanwhile waste of water resources is relieved.
