The invention discloses a municipal sewage discharge and drainage pipeline which comprises an upstream sewage pipe, a downstream sewage pipe and a sewage well arranged between the upstream sewage pipe and the downstream sewage pipe which are buried underground, and further comprises a connecting pipe, a blocking piece, a sludge removing unit, a filtering piece and a prevention and control unit which are evenly distributed in the upstream sewage pipe and used for preventing impurities from being deposited in the upstream sewage pipe. When sewage is discharged into the upstream sewage pipe, the prevention and control unit can be driven to operate, impurities deposited in the upstream sewage pipe can be flushed to the end of the upstream sewage pipe and are quantitatively discharged through the sludge removal unit, and meanwhile, the sewage is filtered through the filtering piece at the sludge removal unit and then discharged through the sludge removal unit. Water without impurities flows into the downstream sewage pipe through the connecting pipe, and the impurities can be synchronously and quantitatively discharged through the sludge removing unit, so that the impurities in the sewage can be prevented from depositing in the sewage pipe and being difficult to clean, and meanwhile, the water is prevented from entering the downstream sewage pipe when the water flow in the sewage well is too large or too many impurities exist in the sewage well.
