The invention discloses a floor drain mounting system and mounting method for an ultra-thin cover plate. The floor drain mounting system comprises a combined floor drain of the ultra-thin cover plate, gravel concrete, a waterproof layer and a ceramic tile layer, wherein the combined floor drain is provided with a water collecting part, a drainage part and a water sealing part, and the gravel concrete, the waterproof layer and the ceramic tile layer are distributed from bottom to top. The water collecting part comprises a water collecting plate and a water collecting frame; the water collecting plate comprises two inclined surfaces with low center line positions and high side positions; the drainage part comprises an accommodating frame which is provided with an upper edge plate at the periphery and is connected with a sewer pipe; the water collecting frame is arranged in the accommodating frame in a height-adjustable manner; the water seal part comprises a bent pipe body with a transverse water outlet at one end and a connector at the other end, and the connector is rotatably connected with the sewer pipe; the water sealing piece and the drainage part are located below the waterproof layer, the upper edge plate is flush with the waterproof layer, and the water collecting plate is flush with the upper surface of the ceramic tile layer; the floor drain has the advantages that the mounting height of the water collecting plate can be adjusted according to the thicknesses of different ceramic tile layers during construction, leakage water residues between the ceramic tile layers and the waterproof layer are reduced, and the sealing performance and attractiveness of the floor drain are improved.
