The invention relates to the technical field of dredging devices, and discloses a novel urban water supply and drainage dredging device which comprises a water supply and drainage pipe, a brake mechanism is movably connected to the middle of an inner cavity of the water supply and drainage pipe, a first cleaning mechanism is fixedly mounted on one side of the brake mechanism, and a second cleaning mechanism is fixedly mounted on the other side of the brake mechanism. A first feeding mechanism is fixedly mounted on the side, away from the brake mechanism, of the first cleaning mechanism, and a second feeding mechanism is fixedly mounted on the side, away from the brake mechanism, of the second cleaning mechanism. By arranging the braking mechanism and the first cleaning mechanism, a high-speed screw can rotate at a high speed after a braking motor is started, a low-speed screw is driven to rotate after speed reduction of a planetary reducer, and the first cleaning mechanism and the second cleaning mechanism are driven to rotate through the high-speed screw and the low-speed screw correspondingly; the first cleaning mechanism and the second cleaning mechanism generate power difference due to different rotating speeds while dredging is conducted on the inner wall of the pipeline, and then driving force is obtained.
