Novel magnetorheological elastomer self-adaptive vibration isolator
The invention relates to a novel magnetorheological elastomer self-adaptive vibration isolator which comprises an external support, a top plate, a bottom plate, a steel block, a laminated MRE, a steel layer and a magnetic coil. The laminated MRE is an MRE layer containing MWCNTs. The steel layers are conductive steel layers, the steel layers and the laminated MRE are alternately arranged, and a whole formed by the steel layers and the laminated MRE is located between the two steel blocks; a whole formed by the steel layer, the laminated MRE and the upper and lower steel blocks is positioned between the top plate and the bottom plate; the laminated MRE and the steel layer are located within the magnetic coil. According to the invention, structural optimization and self-adaptive performance are realized. And the frequency shift characteristic and the vibration absorption capability of the structure are improved. An adjustable broadband vibration isolator is developed by using an intelligent magnetorheological elastomer, and the vibration isolator can provide adaptability to inherent frequency so as to realize real-time vibration control on non-stationary interference. The novel MRE nano composite material is applied to a vibration isolation device and has excellent performance in the aspects of structural power energy consumption and vibration suppression.
本发明涉及一种新型磁流变弹性体自适应隔震器,包括外部支架、顶板、底板、钢块、叠层MRE、钢层、磁性线圈,叠层MRE为含有MWCNTs的MRE层;钢层为导电钢层,钢层与叠层MRE交替设置,且钢层与叠层MRE形成的整体位于两个钢块之间;钢层、叠层MRE以及上下两个钢块形成的整体位于顶板与底板之间;叠层MRE和钢层位于磁性线圈内。本发明实现了结构的优化和自适应性能。提高了结构的移频特性和吸振能力。利用“智能”磁流变弹性体开发可调宽频隔震器,该隔震器可提供对固有频率的适应性,以实现对非平稳干扰的实时振动控制。将新型MRE纳米复合材料应用于隔振装置,在结构动力耗能和振动抑制方面具有卓越性能。
