Acoustic barrier of anechoic chamber
The invention provides an acoustic barrier of an anechoic chamber. The acoustic barrier comprises a mechanical bearing structure, an acoustic wedge assembly located on the inner side of the mechanical bearing structure, a longitudinal composite sound absorption layer located on the outer side of the mechanical bearing structure, two perforated plates and a plurality of transverse composite sound absorption layers connected between the two perforated plates. The space between the two perforated plates is divided into a plurality of silencing cavities by the transverse composite sound absorption layer, and one perforated plate is connected with the longitudinal composite sound absorption layer. The acoustic barrier of the anechoic chamber provided by the invention has a dual silencing mechanism of porous silencing and local resonance silencing, sound waves in different frequency ranges are better blocked and incident sound waves are attenuated and blocked respectively aiming at medium-high frequency waves and low frequency waves, and the acoustic barrier of the anechoic chamber is small in structural mass and low in cost while better broadband sound absorption and insulation performance is ensured. The thickness limitation is small, and the acoustic environment can be quickly constructed in a prefabricated part splicing mode, so that the production and installation cost is effectively reduced.
本发明提供了一种消声室声学屏障,包括力学承载结构,位于力学承载结构内侧的声学尖劈组件,位于力学承载结构外侧的呈纵向的复合吸音层,两块穿孔板,若干个连接在两块穿孔板之间的呈横向的复合吸音层;两块穿孔板之间被呈横向的复合吸音层分隔成若干个消音腔,其中一块穿孔板和呈纵向的复合吸音层连接。本发明提供的消声室声学屏障,具有多孔消音与局域共振消音双重消音机制,分别针对中高频波与低频波,较好地阻隔了不同频率范围内的声波,对入射声波进行衰减与阻隔,在保证具有较好的宽频吸隔声性能的同时,结构质量小,厚度限制少,且便于通过预制件拼接的形式对声学环境进行快速构建,从而有效地降低了生产与安装成本。
