Superimposed shear wall provided with steel bar trusses and opposite-pulling system and used for concrete modular building
The invention discloses a composite shear wall with a steel bar truss and an opposite-pulling system for a concrete modular building. The composite shear wall comprises a concrete prefabricated wall, the steel bar truss and an opposite-pulling mechanism. The concrete prefabricated walls comprise the first concrete prefabricated wall and the second concrete prefabricated wall. One ends of the steel bar trusses are embedded in the first concrete prefabricated wall and the second concrete prefabricated wall respectively; the opposite-pulling mechanism is mounted on the steel bar truss; the first concrete prefabricated wall and the second concrete prefabricated wall are oppositely pulled through an oppositely-pulling mechanism installed on the steel bar truss, and concrete is poured into the oppositely-pulling mechanism. The opposite-pulling mechanism comprises a J-shaped hook opposite-pulling piece, or a round hole joint bar opposite-pulling piece, or a taper hole pulling piece and a taper head pulling piece which are pulled oppositely. By arranging the steel bar trusses, the weight of the concrete module is reduced, and transportation and hoisting are facilitated; and meanwhile, the strength and rigidity of the prefabricated wall are enhanced due to the existence of the steel bar frames, and the problem of wall cracking in the module transporting and hoisting process is solved.
本发明公开一种用于混凝土模块化建筑的带钢筋桁架和对拉系统叠合剪力墙,包括:混凝土预制墙、钢筋桁架、对拉机构;所述混凝土预制墙包括混凝土预制墙一、混凝土预制墙二;所述钢筋桁架一端分别预埋于混凝土预制墙一、混凝土预制墙二;所述对拉机构安装在钢筋桁架上;所述混凝土预制墙一与混凝土预制墙二之间通过安装在钢筋桁架上的对拉机构进行对拉,并浇灌混凝土;所述对拉机构包括J形钩对拉件,或,圆孔插筋对拉件,或,相互对拉的锥孔拉件和锥形头拉件。本发明通过设置钢筋桁架减少混凝土模块重量,便于运输和吊装;同时钢筋钢架的存在增强了预制墙的强度和刚度,减少了模块运输和吊装过程中的墙体开裂问题。
